Job summary

Union Community Care seeks a qualified Behavioral Health clinician to implement treatment plans and provide counseling within a team-based care model. You will work with individuals, families, and groups, ensuring care is coordinated with other professionals and aligned with professional standards.

The role requires current PA licensure in social work, marriage & family therapy, professional counseling, or psychology, plus strong written and verbal communication skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Current clinical license to practice issued by PA State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors or license to practice Psychology by PA State Board.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health counseling as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct intake histories for addiction treatment and assist with visit planning.
• Collaborate with clinicians providing addiction treatment and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services per professional standards.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge procedures.
