Job summary

Union Community Care in Lancaster, PA seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to implement treatment, brief interventions, and solutions-focused services for individuals and families within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide counseling, participate in team meetings, maintain documentation, and coordinate with external partners as needed, while upholding ethical standards and working at the top of your license.

Qualifications

• Requires current clinical license as issued by PA State Board or PA Psychology license.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Address and treat emotional and mental illnesses; promote wellness with individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with Team-Based care unit to maximize care levels.
• Perform intake histories for addiction treatment and assist with visit planning.
• Coordinate with clinicians for addiction treatment and refer to external partners when appropriate.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services per professional standards.
