Qualifications

• Knowledge of behavioral health regulations (Maryland COMAR, Medicaid, HIPAA, etc.).
• Experience supporting or leading accreditation activities (CARF, Joint Commission, or similar).
• Experience conducting compliance audits and corrective action plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CARF accreditation activities and develop readiness plans.
• Monitor compliance with CARF standards across accreditation cycles.
• Coordinate mock surveys and internal readiness assessments.
• Maintain accreditation documentation and evidence files.
• Provide ongoing CARF-related education to staff and leadership.
