Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time CNA to provide safe, competent nursing assistant care for our patients. You will support the healthcare team and contribute to a patient-centered, 24-hour environment.

To qualify, graduate from an accredited CNA program, hold a current Nevada CNA license, and maintain a valid BLS certificate. The department operates under a multidisciplinary team delivering individualized care plans and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
• Current Nevada CNA license.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Completes bedside shift report and updates care-team contact info at each shift.
• Holds huddle with supervising RN at shift start to receive delegated tasks.
• Addresses psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs for patients and families.
