Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification is required per state requirements.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certifications are required or training provided.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the well being of patients in a structured environment under supervision.
• Complete patient observation rounds, may be 15-minute intervals.
• Assist with transferring, lifting, turning, and daily activities.
• Obtain vitals, height and weight, and document accurately.
• Maintain patient rooms; ensure comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Provide transportation and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Follow policies and report changes to nurses and therapists.
• Use de-escalation techniques to manage distressed patients.
