Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patient safety and provide a supportive environment under supervision.
• Perform patient observation rounds as assigned (every 15 minutes as required).
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Obtain vital signs and document in the medical record.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and communicate with care team.
• Support treatment goals through engagement and documentation.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity, and assist with transfers and transports as needed.
• Follow policies and procedures for patient care.
