• MSW and LICSW licensure required by MA Board of Licensure for Social Work.
• Graduate of an accredited Master’s of Social Work.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in inpatient or ambulatory psychiatry/addiction settings.
• Skilled in psychiatric assessment, treatment, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and document interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with NASW-aligned interventions.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapies as indicated.
• Make appropriate referrals to psychiatry and support resources.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in case conferences; emergency evaluations when needed.
