Ideal candidates will have doctoral training, postdoctoral licensing hours in Colorado, and experience in teaching, supervision, and evidence-based psychotherapies.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) and licensed or license-eligible in Colorado.
• Completion of an accredited postdoctoral program with licensed hours.
• Ability to obtain Colorado state licensure and credentialing through CU Health system.
• Experience with integrated team-based care and motivational interviewing.
• Experience with evidence-based psychotherapies and teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and recommendations for behavioral health questions to family medicine providers.
• Assess, diagnose and treat behavioral, mental, and emotional conditions.
• Supervise behavioral health trainees.
• Coach physicians in health behavior change and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and practice transformation initiatives.
