Job summary

Generations Healthcare’s Heritage Park in Upland, CA seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician (LMFT or LCSW) with supervision experience to support adults with serious mental illness in an inpatient setting. The role includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy.

Licensed clinicians may supervise AMFT/ASW trainees and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field.
• Current LMFT, LCSW, or related license (BBS) or active AMFT/ASW trainee registration.
• CPR certification current or obtained on orientation period.
• Proficiency with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using CBT/DBT/motivational interviewing and evidence-based practices.
• Document sessions, assessments, plans, and communications per clinical standards.
• Provide supervision and training to students/associates; participate in program compliance and training.
