MaineHealth is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician II to provide comprehensive care to clients with behavioral health needs. The role requires working under an independent license and performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

You will collaborate with the care team in Maine, delivering compassionate, evidence-based interventions while documenting progress and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, clinical counseling, addiction treatment, or related field.
• Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the Maine OPOR.
• At least two years of behavioral health experience including conditionally licensed clinician work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients with behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field


• License/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR)


• Experience: At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician.

The pay range for this position is $71,448.00to $96,636.80per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
