Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral health discipline that leads to Colorado licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• Active License in the State of Colorado as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW (licensed position only).
• Dual Licensure in Colorado as a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC/ACD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening and assessment to determine client’s individual treatment needs.
• Complete collaborative, client-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives.
• Document client progress toward identified therapeutic goals.
• Engage clients in individual, family and/or group treatment using best-practice guidelines.
• Assist clients in developing natural supports to reduce dependence on systems of care.
• Provide services in person and via secure tele-behavioral health platform.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
