Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Clinical Support team member to assist in delivering high‑quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services. This on‑site role supports therapists and case managers through assessments, group facilitation, documentation, and care continuity within a patient‑centered environment.

The position reports to Clinical Leadership with a full‑time schedule (Mon-Fri, Saturdays as needed) and on-site work in Langhorne, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Licensure-eligible or pursuing licensure in behavioral health (preferred).
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use treatment settings (preferred).
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical support skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation and understanding of patient needs, progress, barriers, and treatment strategies.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, per program standards and supervision.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination and daily treatment support.
• Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads in the absence of primary therapists, as directed.
