Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support team member to assist in delivering high-quality behavioral health, mental health and substance use treatment services on-site in Gulf Breeze, FL.

You will support therapists and case managers, contribute to clinical assessments, group facilitation, treatment planning and documentation, and help ensure continuity of care within a structured, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or another related Human Services field that qualifies the individual for clinical licensure eligibility.
• Licensure-eligible or actively pursuing licensure in a behavioral health discipline is strongly preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use disorder treatment settings is preferred.
• Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics and professional standards of conduct.
• Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and documentation expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical support skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Participate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation and understanding of patient needs, progress, barriers, and treatment strategies.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, per program standards.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination and daily treatment support.
• Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads in the absence of primary therapists, within scope of practice.
