Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health Services to oversee campus programs and serve as Site Manager. The role partners with Medical Director(s) to promote patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports regulatory compliance with NJ DMHAS/DCF and Joint Commission standards.
• Serves as contact/liaison for contract/sub-contractor management and budgets.
• Develops and standardizes program policies and procedures.
• Recruites, develops and supervises team members and sets objectives.
• Monitors data and metrics and drives performance improvement.
• Collaborates with Medical Director(s) to ensure quality and safety.
