Job summary

Lifepoint Behavioral Health seeks a Director of Clinical Operations - Behavioral Health at Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital to lead inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

This role reports to facility leadership, drives performance improvement, coordinates treatment teams, and oversees documentation, discharge planning, and program implementation across the campus.

Qualifications

• Inpatient psychiatric healthcare experience required.
• Current LCSW licensure is required.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for behavioral health treatment across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and patient-care initiatives.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership to ensure programs are implemented consistently and clinically documented.
