The role focuses on assisting with clinical tasks and patient flow, while delivering compassionate, team-based care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Medical Assistant experience in outpatient care.
• Experience in behavioral health or integrated care setting.
• Experience documenting patient care in an electronic health record; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Behavioral Health clinicians and APC in daily duties.
• Complete tasks for Behavioral Health clinicians and support patient flow.
• Work at the McDowell Health Center in Marion, NC.
