TAG MedStaffing is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in New York City for a temporary to permanent role supporting behavioral health services within a community-based residential program.

The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with strong assessment skills, experience with complex cases, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active NY LCSW or LMHC license required.
• Experience in behavioral health services, clinical assessments, crisis intervention, or case coordination.
• Experience serving vulnerable populations in behavioral health or residential programs preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide behavioral health expertise for clients with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate client care with case management teams and program leadership; facilitate referrals to community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, safety planning, and clinical guidance for complex cases.
• Coach staff on trauma-informed care, behavioral health best practices, and client engagement strategies.
• Complete and maintain timely clinical documentation ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement activities to support outcomes.
