Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to lead clinical and administrative functions in behavioral health clinics. You will provide direct patient care, supervise clinicians, and support onboarding and staffing needs across sites.

Hybrid work options may be available depending on clinic needs. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, quality outcomes, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with leadership to maintain top-tier patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure with ability to supervise per state regulations.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork, even in stressful situations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric care standards and evolving practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics (approx. 10–15 BUs/week).
• Work in person and/or hybrid model per clinic needs.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and approvals.
• Provide supervision to clinic staff (live or via video).
• Audit clinical documentation and monitor clinician performance.
