Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to lead and support behavioral health clinics. You will deliver direct therapy, provide administrative clinical support, and may supervise clinicians across multiple sites in a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes maintaining high ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing quality improvement. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field and independent licensure.
• Knowledge of state and federal rules and HIPAA requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork, especially in stressful situations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation.
• Understanding and application of professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients.
• Offer administrative clinical support to clinics; provisional BU workload 10–15 per week.
• Work in person and/or hybrid model as needed by clinics and clients.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Provide supervision to clinic staff; document supervision sessions as required.
• Review supervisees’ documentation; assess clinicians across core competencies.
