Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and maintain a clinical caseload in outpatient settings. The role includes telehealth options and requires strong ethics and regulatory knowledge.

The position emphasizes supervision across multiple sites, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with prescribers to ensure coordinated care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from applicable accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are being provided.
• Meet minimum post licensure experience requirements for supervisor as determined by licensing Board.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians; supervise across sites as needed.
• Review supervisee documentation and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
• Maintain supervision notes and agreements in dedicated files; document sessions daily.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as needed in outpatient settings.
• Coordinate care with internal programs and external providers with patient consent.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and high ethical standards.
