Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor Client Care Specialists, providing coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new staff into facilities.

• Monitor staff performance for policy and quality standards compliance.
• Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and professional development.
• Client Care & Service Coordination: Oversee coordination of services with licensed clinicians and ensure effective communication with clients, families, and providers.
• Review and approve service plans, progress notes, and closure documentation.
• Oversee intake processes, client forms, and insurance requirements.
• Manage medical consent for clients unable to provide consent themselves.
• Monitor client progress and service accessibility to promote positive outcomes.
