University Health in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Community Support Specialist for its Behavioral Health Community team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly, to deliver behavioral and social rehabilitation services in community settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support emotional wellbeing, finances, social life, and career goals while engaging with diverse clients in community spaces and homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, relevant human services field, or equivalent.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Ability to evaluate program outcomes.
• Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele.
• Must be willing to meet with clientele in the community (including Drop-In Centers and homes).
• If driving is a requirement, meet Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and have a valid driver's license.
