Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field, or AAS in Behavioral Health Support, or equivalent combination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to evaluate program outcomes.
• Ability to work with multicultural staff and clients.
• Willingness to meet with clients in the community (Drop-In Centers, homes, etc.).
• Must meet vehicle and driving policy requirements if driving is needed.
• Completion of required training through orientation and leadership or educators.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the front lines of client care with behavioral and socially rehabilitative services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist clients in areas such as emotional wellbeing, finances, social life, and career goals.
• Engage with clients in community settings to support ongoing services.
