Job summary

You will conduct comprehensive functional assessments, consult with providers, and coordinate with Vocational Rehabilitation and medical reviewers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in behavioral health, licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT/LPC or equivalent), 3+ years clinical practice, and strong skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice after master’s degree.
• Master’s Degree required in a behavioral health or mental health discipline.
• Professional licenses to practice independently (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Preference for case management, discharge, and insurance/utilization review experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive evaluation of disability claimant functionality.
• Advises on highly complex claims at multidisciplinary reviews to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborates with providers and internal teams to evaluate clinical symptoms.
• Coordinates with Vocational Rehabilitation and other resources for return-to-work planning.
• Maintains thorough documentation communicating clinical findings clearly.
