Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring for a role offering $18.20–$20.90 per hour plus a monthly productivity incentive. The team provides care to children, adolescents, adults and those with complex needs, supported by clinicians, social workers and nurses to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering Therapeutic Behavioral Services, planning individualized supports, and coordinating treatment options, with travel across the service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Develop service plans and treatment plans for clients.
• Provide linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
• Work with individual clients or groups.
• Maintain positive relations with outside contacts.
