Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring a Behavioral Health Case Manager in Ohio. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9am–5pm) with part-time options, and hourly pay between $18.20 and $20.90 plus a monthly incentive for productivity.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to plan care, deliver therapeutic services, and coordinate treatment plans for diverse client groups, including those with trauma and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Related experience or training with mental/behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Plan services for individualized supports and care coordination.
• Provide linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
• Serve individual clients or groups and coordinate with outside contacts.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual’s needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
