Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of Behavioral Health or Human Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor client treatment plans and progress.
• Serve as liaison between clients, clinical staff, program leadership, and external entities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and complete required forms.
