Job description

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager for a remote opportunity within a health insurance organization.

The Behavioral Health Care Manager will serve as an essential bridge between healthcare and medical coverage.

Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Care Manager:

1. Assess medical records, care plans, and medical charts to provide quality care for patients.
2. Prepare and analyze data from electronic medical records.
3. Coordinate with patients and providers to deliver high-quality behavioral health care services.
4. Perform comprehensive assessments of the member's behavioral health status, educational, and support needs.

Qualifications of the Behavioral Health Care Manager:

• LCSW required.
• RN or LPN license for North Carolina.
• At least 3 years of behavioral health case management experience.
• Critical care experience.

Compensation for the Behavioral Health Care Manager:

• Annual Salary Range: $35-$38/hr, based on experience.
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and sick leave as required by law.
