Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

A Great Opportunity

Full-Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

$18-$21 based on education and experience plus monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing Therapeutic Behavioral Services by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Service planning for supports or care coordination, including treatment plan development.
• Linkage, interventions, treatment options, life skills restoration, and crisis prevention services.
• Serving individual or group clients.
• Promoting positive relationships with outside contacts.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus 3+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Experience with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the service area.
