Location: Candidate must reside in California
Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
Work Hours: Remote
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST

The Behavioral Health Case Manager is responsible for performing case management telephonically within the scope of licensure for members at risk of having or with existing behavioral health and/or substance use disorder needs.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $72,036.00 - $112,752.00.
