Behavioral Health Case Manager - A Great Opportunity

Position Details

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: $18-$21 based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in consultation with a licensed clinician.
2. Develop service and treatment plans for individualized supports or care coordination.
3. Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, life skills restoration, and crisis prevention services.
4. Serve individual clients or groups.
5. Maintain positive relationships with outside contacts.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
3. Experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
4. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
5. Willingness to travel within the service area.
