Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates under the Recovery Model and AIDET framework.
• Provides skills training and development to clients in group and individual settings as required by medical necessity.
• Collaborates with the treatment team to conduct client assessments and update treatment plans.
• Provides crisis management and emergency interventions as needed.
• Reports progress, barriers, and changes to the treatment team.
• Ensures timely and accurate documentation and billing per guidelines.
• Maintains a safe milieu and environment for clients.
• Performs case management with families and community supports to meet goals.
• Pursues continuing education to maintain professional competency.
