Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in a mental health setting.
• A bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology, social work, or behavioral sciences may substitute for the two years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients to identify problem areas necessitating treatment and coordinate care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning with the treatment team.
• Work with nursing staff to ensure continuity of treatment efforts and implement the overall plan.
