Job summary

WellBrook Recovery in Wisconsin is expanding our outreach team and seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to grow our presence across the state and neighboring regions. You will build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, therapists, treatment providers, EAPs, and community partners while representing the organization at meetings and events.

You will develop new referral sources, guide partners through insurance and levels of care, and collaborate with admissions

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outreach, admissions, or account management within a drug & alcohol treatment center or behavioral health organization.
• Strong understanding of the addiction treatment continuum of care.
• Existing professional relationships within Wisconsin's behavioral health or healthcare community.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, therapists, counselors, treatment providers, EAPs, unions, employee health programs, physician groups, recovery organizations, courts, first responders, and community partners.
• Represent WellBrook Recovery at meetings, conferences, networking events, and educational presentations.
• Develop new referral sources while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted resource by helping referral partners navigate insurance, levels of care, and appropriate treatment options.
• Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Meet with key decision-makers and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
