Counseling Speaks in Illinois is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Administrative Contractor to support a group counseling practice. The role focuses on billing and administrative projects, with TherapyNotes experience highly preferred.

You will review billing data, track outstanding items, maintain Google Sheets/Drive records, assist with insurance follow-up, and complete assigned tasks for the practice and its clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral-health billing or private practice administration.
• TherapyNotes experience is strongly preferred.
