Job summary

Pathways For Change, LLC is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator/Biller to work in person at our behavioral health clinic. The role focuses on insurance billing, credentialing, and the full revenue cycle within an in-office setting.

This is not an entry-level billing position. The ideal candidate will walk into a busy practice, manage aging claims, follow denials to resolution, and prevent leakage through proactive investigation and persistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health billing and full revenue-cycle management is required.
• Ability to identify resolving aging claims, denials, and payout discrepancies.
• Proven track record in credentialing, payer enrollment, and eligibility verification.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full revenue cycle for behavioral health billing in an in-office setting.
• Submit and follow up on claims, address denials, and perform appeals as needed.
• Identify and resolve aging accounts receivable and payment reconciliation issues.
• Maintain accurate billing records and coordinate with clinicians and staff.
