Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Completing budget requests.
• Entering Prior Authorizations (PAs) into the Avatar system.
• Verifying EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) claims using SB checklists.
• Keying time entries into the billing/payroll log.
• Assisting with payroll functions.
• Submitting billing to Medicaid.
• Addressing old and outstanding claims.
• Performing electronic cash posting for PDS and balancing postings for accuracy.
• Providing additional support for the PDS Financial Management Office as needed.
