Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team in a structured, patient-centered environment. You will provide hands-on care under clinical or nursing supervision, helping keep patients safe while supporting their recovery and daily well-being.

You will work with a dedicated team to ensure empathy, accountability, and consistent care. This role offers predictable hours and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification required; de-escalation and restraint training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required by state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
