Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking Full Time Behavioral Health Associates at our Mt. Zion Location in York, PA. This role emphasizes hands-on care, a structured and safe environment, and a team-focused approach to support patient recovery.

You will work with a dedicated clinical and nursing leadership team to provide compassionate care, maintain safety, and engage in ongoing training and career growth opportunities in a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
