Acadia Healthcare in Salem, VA is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership, maintain a safe, structured environment, and support patient recovery with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Pay Scale: $16.00 to $19.00 hr based on experience.

PRS & SUD Experience Preferred

Part Time Monday and Wednesday ONLY 10 hour day shift.
