Job summary

Harboroaks in Westminster, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to support patient recovery in a structured, team-based environment where your hands-on care helps keep patients safe.

You will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintain a therapeutic setting, and show empathy and professionalism in interactions with patients and staff.

This PRN position requires at least 4 shifts per month, including one weekend shift, with pay range $19.25–$24.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of related patient-care experience preferred.
• CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility.

This is a PRN position. The minimum requirement is 4 shifts per month, which includes 1 weekend shift as part of those 4 shifts. Pay Range $19.25 - $24.05
