Job summary

Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team in Texas. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing supervision and help maintain a safe, structured environment that supports recovery and safety.

You will work with a collaborative team, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to patient well-being, with opportunities for training and career growth within a leading behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
