Job summary

Youth Care is seeking Behavioral Health Associates to join our team in Utah. We have part-time and full-time positions for Swing (3pm-midnight) and Graveyard (midnight-9am) shifts, offering hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured team environment.

As BHAs, you will help keep patients safe, provide direct care under clinical leadership, and benefit from medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. We value empathy, reliability, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint training required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
