Job summary

Youth Care is seeking Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) to join our team in Draper, UT. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for Swing (3pm–midnight) and Graveyard (midnight–9am) shifts, with competitive pay and benefits.

As a BHA, you will provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe, structured environment, and support recovery for youth and families. High school diploma required; CPR and de-escalation training provided upon hire; state-specific first aid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
