• Assist with data collection, recording, and maintenance of client records.
• Engage clients in activities and support participation in treatment goals.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to help manage emotions and behavior.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure proper supervision according to guidelines.
• Assist with unit organization, admissions/discharges, and transportation as required.
