Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure client wellbeing and provide a safe, structured environment.
• Perform safety checks and monitor clients according to guidelines.
• Interact with clients, observe behaviors, and report observations to supervisor.
• Facilitate groups and activities to support treatment goals.
• Record vitals and document changes in client condition for nursing staff.
