Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and observe clients for behavior changes.
• Record accurate client data and important observations for supervisors.
• Assist in group activities to support treatment goals and skills.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation support as needed.
• Assist with admissions, discharge, and transport coordination when required.
