• Records vital signs accurately and communicates changes to the nurse.
• Applies de-escalation techniques to manage emotions and behavior.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transportation as needed.
• Takes reports from the previous shift and prepares for the next shift.
• Provides orientation to activities and promotes client engagement.
