• At least 1 year experience as a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) expected.
• Experience with the facility population is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures client safety and maintains a structured environment.
• Conducts safety checks and observes client behaviors.
• Records vital signs and important changes to client condition.
• Documents in client records accurately and promptly.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transportation as needed.
• Provides incident reporting and de-escalation in crisis situations.
• Engages clients in activities and group therapy to promote treatment goals.
