Acadia Healthcare in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) for PRN coverage. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused setting, helping ensure patient safety and assist in recovery with meaningful, consistent hours.

This position offers evening/night/weekend differentials and does not include benefits. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with growth and training opportunities within a large behavioral health network.

This is a PRN position that will provide coverage for call-outs and vacations. This position is not eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
